Diagnostic Kit 4-TEC (SeaDoo, SkiDoo) can be used to diagnosis and to program keys* for all 4-TEC/E-TEC vehicles:

•PWC and Sport Boats SeaDoo.

•Snowmobiles Skidoo and Lynx.

•all Can Am vehicles (ATV, SSV, Roadster Spyder).

 

Diagnostic Kit includes:

 

 1. MPI-2 Interface ( p/n 529036018, main unit, is used for diagnosis of all BRP vehicles).

 

 2. Diagnostic Cable ( p/n 710000851, for connection of MPI-2 Interface to 4-TEC/E-TEC vehicles).

 

 3. *DESS 4-TEC Interface (for add DESS keys to 4-TEC SeaDoo/Skidoo 2002-2010).

 

 4. Most recent software B.U.D.S. (downloadable archives).

 

 5. License key for B.U.D.S. .

 

* - Unlike the original DESS Post interface (p/n 529036019), this device allows you to add keys only for 4-TEC vehicles.

This allowed to reduce the cost of Diagnostic Kit for owners of 4-TEC vehicles.

The necessity of using DESS Post Interface (or DESS 4-TEC Interface) for programing keys, can be determined from BUDS Chart.

In all models SeaDoo with "I-control" (GTX limited (iS) and RXT (iS)), including all Sport Boats 1503-210 and 230, since 2010) the DESS keys are encoded directly on the safety switch of vehicle, without DESS Post Interface.
